Palouse Brand is a 5th generation, family-owned and vertically integrated farm that grows, processes, packages, and ships legumes and grains directly to customers. We are committed to preserving our natural resources and treating them with care - growing crops that naturally add nitrogen back into the soils. We are dedicated to improving our farms and evaluating new technologies and farming practices that ensure our ground is forever protected as well as viable.

All Palouse Brand products will sprout and are non-irradiated. We take pride in quality and transparency, growing our own products and providing customers with field location, photos, and harvest dates. Beyond our passion for farming, we value helping people live healthier. Tyler has worked on the farm since 2007 and in 2015 graduated from Lewis Clark State College with an A.A.A. in Welding. He and his wife met while attending Pullman High School. Like many families, they have struggled with infertility and we are so happy to announce they welcomed their first child last Fall. Tyler has had a love of farming since he was a small child and every year looks forward to the harvest. He is especially looking forward to teaching his daughter all about farming.

Mariela has been on the Palouse Brand team, packaging your wheat berries and legumes since the Spring of 2020. Since becoming a part of our team, she has grown into a larger role, managing the production side of our warehouse. She has really enjoyed learning how to manage those responsibilities and gaining the knowledge necessary to guide our team through our day to day operations. Every day is a new adventure that Mariela is always ready to tackle.

Palouse Brand Kabuli Sierra Chickpeas are proudly grown on our 125 year old farm to provide our customers with an authentic farm to table experience. We grow our legumes, harvest them, transport them, triple clean, and package them to be sent directly to our customers. Our Chickpeas are proudly certified Non-GMO Project Verified, Sustainable by the Food Alliance, Kosher Parve and Desiccant Free. Through food safety regulations, we provide a Best By date of 3 years, however, when stored in an air-tight container, in a cool, dry location, these chickpeas can last decades. Palouse Brand foods rise above our competitors by ensuring our legumes are triple cleaned in a food safe environment. Our facilities are audited multiple times throughout the year by private companies to certify that our foods are safe for human consumption.
